RAIL ROAD STUDIO

ALL ABOARD FOR REHEARSALS!
A FORMER 19TH-CENTURY RAILWAY STATION TRANSFORMED INTO AN ARTISTIC CREATION CENTER ONE HOUR FROM PARIS

Client: Rail Road Studio
Project manager: Red House Acoustics
General contractor: Red House Factory
Surface area: 120 m²
Location: Boursay

The ambition behind the project was to convert a former train station on the route between Paris and Bordeaux into a rehearsal studio.

The first step was to carry out an acoustic study, followed by the construction of the station.

A low-frequency absorber ceiling and membrane absorbers in the upper part of the benches were added to match the station's architecture.
