In 2020, rap duo MMZ turned to Red House Acoustics to design their dream studio.

When MMZ approached Red House, the plan was simple: to design a studio dedicated to urban music, consisting of two production studios, each with a vocal booth.
In its design, this project was unique in that it was conceived according to specifications that could be met by a general construction company that had no expertise in building music studios.
It was therefore necessary to precisely define the various components in advance and anticipate the acoustic variations of each panel.
The goal: to achieve domestic comfort while integrating a simple variation into the complexity of the acoustic treatment and being able to precisely adjust the acoustics of each room.
Another distinctive feature was the minimal time frame in which the project had to be completed, which both challenged and validated the efficiency of the design work.
The little extra: changing lights to create different moods, influence compositions, and voice recordings.
