Patience Guisset & Valentin Marinelli asked Red House Acoustics to transform a commercial space and its basement into two distinct work spaces, one for a commercial activity selling cosmetic products, and the other for a music production studio.

The challenges were to optimize the organization of the spaces from the blank page of a completely bare room, while respecting the sound insulation and acoustic treatment to make the two activities cohabit without compromising their own development, but also to integrate an elevator to make the two levels communicate as fluidly as possible between them, limiting the loss of space.

In order to respect the structure of the basement cellar, the design of the studio was conceived to fit the vaulted shape of the room by designing wooden arches integrating both the lighting fixtures and the acoustic treatment modules.

The cabinet, designed by Red House Acoustics and built by CreVaDan Design, resonates with the studio's design. It is composed of a set of modules to match the audio/video equipment, including a drop-down tray hosting a midi keyboard under the 3 parts of the AVID S1.

The design of the Panacea store, located on the first floor, was imagined to recall the apothecaries' shop of the 18th century.

The comparison between cosmetics and pharmaceuticals being made, we designed an elegant cabinet in the center of the store, perfectly integrated into the space, with storage racks emblematic of these vintage stores.

Finally, the blue border that outlines the custom furniture also acts as a reminder of the color that is the brand's identity.

Un projet exceptionnel, et une très belle collaboration, dont nous sommes particulièrement fiers !
