STUDIO GRENELLE
IN THE DEPTHS OF A PARISIAN MANSION, A STUDIO THAT IS EXCEPTIONAL IN MANY WAYS.
Owner: Confidentiel
Contractor: Red House Acoustics
General contractor: CreVaDan Design
Surface area: 40 m² Location: Paris 7ème
For this project, Red House Acoustics set up a studio in the second basement of a private mansion in a historic district of Paris.
The specifications were twofold: to develop a room that would be both a rehearsal space for a rock band and a space for conviviality and celebration.
For this, we imagined a luminous and adjustable stretch ceiling, in accordance with the lighting of the peripheral shelves. With this lighting, the space can embrace the hybrid character of the place, going from a muffled atmosphere to a more dynamic one.
In addition, the high-end audio-visual equipment, integrated to measure, meets these same requirements. It allows you to go from a rehearsal layout, with pre-wiring of the instruments, to a real performance room, with dedicated lighting, bar area, television...
A new challenge taken up by the Red House Acoustics team, in association with CreVaDan Design.

The little extra: the integrated mini-kitchen, to maximize the hybridity of the place.
